Offered here is a two-LP live set by the Cedar Walton Quartet, featuring First Set (SCS-1085) and Second Set (SCS-1113), recorded live at the legendary Montmartre club in Copenhagen and released on SteepleChase Records.


These albums document the same engagement with the same quartet and are widely regarded as companion releases. Together, they present a full picture of Cedar Walton’s lyrical piano style, Bob Berg’s powerful tenor saxophone, and the impeccable rhythm section of Sam Jones and Billy Higgins.

• Vinyl: Both records are very clean with glossy surfaces and only faint sleeve marks visible. No deep scratches. VG++ to EX overall.
