Description
Rare green first press 7" from California hardcore legends CHAIN OF STRENGTH on Revelation Records released in 1988. One of the most influential and amazing hardcore bands of all time. OF ALL TIME. If you don't know CHAIN, where have you been? Quasi-straight edge hardcore band from California, releasing records on Foundation, Revelation, First Strike Records. 6 songs on this record, each one an absolute banger. Vinyl is in very good condition on both sides and sleeve is too.
If you've only heard the remastered/ruined version that Revelation re-released on LP and CD you need to hear this one! Chris Bratton, the drummer, said he wasn't to happy with the mix on this as there's too much reverb and Curtis, the singer, loses his vocals in the mix. That's what makes this so much better - the vocals are fighting with the guitars to be heard.
