A really nice Original 12" vinyl release of this UK pressing of a Blues classic from 1961.

Vinyl is in Excellent+/NM condition and looks like it has been played very few times, there is a very slight visual mark on both sides from the poly sleeve (that it has been stored in for the last 55 years) but this is completely inaudible. There is NO background hiss or noise at all - This record has had few plays and still carries a deep lustre and beautiful sheen. The original textured labels are excellent. There is no surface wear, dirt, scuffs or warps. There is NO background noise. The record plays beautifully. The sound of the blues as it was meant to be 53 years ago.

The sleeve is graded NM/Excellent. This type of sleeve is generally of a very flimsy nature but this one has stood any test of time very well. Unlaminated it still has really good colour on the front of the sleeve with some very slight ageing near the spine. The spine is very narrow but text is readable. The rear of he sleeve has a slight lifting at the top of the flip back part but you could glue this easily. (I have not tried) the rest of the back of the sleeve is excellent.

A genuine and collectable Uk pressing of this CLASSIC BLUES LP on London and in great condition. genuinely looks, sounds and smells the way it should !

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced.

 
As well as the above grades, Near Mint is often used as well; this is really for a record that appears new but is known to have been played because the label has light spindle marks or because it has come from a previous owner and is assumed to have been played by them. For records which appear to fall between the accepted grades, + and - are also often added to the grading.
