Comments: This is a rare record from Lansing, Michigan label - Destination. The Band "Chance" has a very hard rock/synth sound..almost metal at points. The vinyl has some heavy swiping, but still plays great. The swiping is more in the center dead wax area. This record, being an EP has a larger dead wax area than your normal LP. It looks as if someone was not very careful placing it on the turntable..over and over or else it could be caused by repeated handling in and out of sleeve. Like stated earlier, the swiping is quite heavy, but playback is still enjoyable. The labels look great.. no markings, slight rub wear to the bottom of side one. The cover has a small tear (about 1.5 inch) to the top seam at center. The seam is not broken however and is still intact. There is also very light wear to the corners. The back of the cover has signatures from all members of the group. They are all made out to a woman named "Lisa". Lisa must have been quite a "looker" since one of the member calls her "Gorgeous" and another states: " What Beautiful Children We Could Have"...very funny stuff. All in all a great record. Any questions feel free to ask. I will be listing several rare Michigan 45's..so if you are a Michigan collector, please give them a look. Thanks.

**** NOTE TO BUYERS****
I use the Goldmine record grading system, which is detailed below. Cover's and vinyl are graded separately and may not fall into the same category. If you would like more info about a particular title, please ask. I check Ebay often and will try to get back to you promptly.
M (MINT) - Album is brand new, sealed, and unplayed.
NM (NEAR MINT) - Vinyl looks as if you just got it home from a new record store and removed the shrink wrap. LP cover may have some light rub marks.
VG+ (VERY GOOD PLUS) - Vinyl may show some signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect one's listening experience. Sleeves will have some slight wear, lightly turned corners, or a slight seam split. Also may have slight signs of wear also may be marred by a cut out hole, indentation or corner indicating it was taken out of print and sold at discount.
VG (VERY GOOD) - Vinyl has light wear, scratches or scuffs. Covers may be marred by writing, or have tape or stickers (or their residue) attached, or small seam splits.
G (GOOD) - Vinyl has moderate, ever wear throughout, but still playable. Surface noise and scratches. A cover or sleeve will has large seam splits. especially at the bottom or on the spine. Tape, writing, ring wear or other defects will start to overwhelm the cover.
P (POOR) - Lowest Grade. Audible scratches, etc. on more than half the tracks. Listening uncomfortable. The sleeve is water damages, split on all three seams or heavily marred by wear and writing.
