Description
This is Savoy Records MG-12059, Jazz Composers Workshop, a red label*, mono issue of this excellent recording with RVG Etched in the dead wax. The record is in VG++ condition showing almost no signs of wear but some light sleeve marks that do not affect the play, and playing quietly throughout. The glossy cover has a small separation on the open end of the upper seam and what looks like a razor cut on the back. It is otherwise excellent and intact. The labels are excellent with light spindle marks. The record was played on a Linn Sondek LP12 in mono mode and cleaned on a VPI 17. This is still an excellent collector's grade copy of this beautiful mono recording. Please check our other listings as we discount shipping for multiple wins. Thanks for looking.
* Although there is definitely an indentation on the label where a deep groove would be, it is not wide enough for me to positively call it a deep groove.
