Description

Another item from Ricky Young, Quality Artifacts, Springfield, Vermont.

  • Columbia Records CS 8171 stereo, 1959 first pressing, Columbia 6-eye deep groove labels, "1" Print Code on back cover lower right corner, Matrix: XSM47458-1AC and XSM47459-1G (both stamped).
  • The cover is in good condition with minor signs of age and handling
  • The paper liner is by Columbia Records and looks old enough to be original, but I'm not sure.  It has a partial split to the bottom edge.
  • The record played through on both sides cleanly and had lower levels of surface noise than the average record I've played from the 1950's.  This is a good copy in my book.
