Charles Mingus – Presents Charles Mingus
LABEL: Candid – SMJ-6178
FORMAT: Vinyl, LP, Album, Reissue, Stereo, Includes Japanese liner notes.
REALESED: 1977
COUNTRY: Japan
NOTE: "Fables of Faubus" One of Mingus's most explicitly political works, the song was written as a direct protest against Arkansas governor Orval Faubus, who in 1957 sent out the National Guard to prevent the racial integration of Little Rock Central High School by nine African American teenagers

CONDITION OF SLEEVE: Near Mint (NM) Very minor signs of wear or cover impressions. Artwork is as close to perfection as possible.
PLEASE NOTE: Every record we add to the archive or send to our customers extensively cleaned prior to doing so. We endeavor to remove as much dirt as possible from the cover before ultrasonically cleaning the record. Once both these steps are complete, we repackage the restored article in a brand new inner and outer sleeve.
We dedicate vast amounts of time and resources to this process to ensure the customer receives the highest standard of service and product.
