Description

This is the original deep groove mono pressing of Charles Mingus “Mingus” on Candid CJM 8021.  The playing surface appears to be in near-new condition; however, a scuff on Side A produces tics towards the end of Eric Dolphy’s solo and the beginning of the trombone solo.  The matte textured cover is in excellent condition - bright and clean throughout – with ¼” wear on the bottom seam near the spine.  Personnel include Eric Dolphy, Charles McPherson, Ted Curson, Lonnie Hillyer, Paul Bley, and Dannie Richmond. $75.00.
