This record never shows up! CHARLES MINTZ on UPLOOK #42671 "LUCKY GUY" B/W "RUNNING BACK". Visually A-side is VG- still has lots of gloss, but also has numerous lite scratches. B-side visually G with a number of scuffs and also lite scratches but also still retains quite a bit of luster. Lables have water stains and can be clearly seen in pics. There is a very slight warp on one small area of the edge; This does not affect play, and is almost non detectable but mentioned for accuracy.
This record plays great; VG+ if not better! This is a true "YOU CAN'T JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER" disc. I have added a sound clip of each side. Record played on my light armed Techniques turntable into a cheap factory installed sound recorder on my PC. Pure recording, no filters; When I play this on my DeJay tube portable record player (little heavier arm and newer stylus) it sounds almost NM. Feel free to call or give me your phone number and I'll call you to have a better listen! I have very reasonable international calling rates.
I have had an offer for this record, which is why I have a reserve. I think its a better record than the offer, however I could see this being the week that everyone took late vacation and missed the auction, so with this rarity I'm going to use a bit more prudence than usual.
I have added lots of pics; There are pictures (unaltered) taken with a flash; these are actually the darker pictures. The others I had to manually wash out with microsoft picture manager so that you could see the flaws. Doing this makes the record look dull. The pictures with flash are more accurate as to the luster of this 45. Please see my feedback and bid with confidence.
