Charley Patton ~ Founder of the Delta Blues 1972 Original 1st pressing. Double LP ~ 2 Vinyl set Yazoo Records - L-1020 Mono Vinyl are VG++ to Mint-. LP 1 looks VG++ to Mint-. LP 2 looks VG++. - some minor inner-sleeve and other small marks may be faintly seen. Vinyl play VG++ to Mint-: minor background-wear might be faintly heard between tracks. Gatefold cover with the inner-booklet is VG+: cover, corner and edge-wear, indentation and bends; the attached booklet is VG+ as the last page is party torn from the jacket (otherwise VG++ or better). Labels are VG++. The original inner-sleeve have intact seams, bends and creases and a few tears. Out of print, original.

Its compact disc incarnation here trims the tune list to 24 tracks, but includes all the seminal tracks: "Pony Blues," "High Water Everywhere," "Screamin' and Hollerin' the Blues," "A Spoonful Blues," "Shake It and Break It," and the wistful "Poor Me," which was recorded at his final session in 1934, a scant two months before he died." -allmusic
