Description

“Charlie Mariano Plays” 1956 Bethlehem Records 1st pressing (# BCP 49 mono) in a laminate cardboard sleeve. The record grading is Very Good (VG). Music sounds great for its age; only some very light surface noise that's mostly audible during lower parts and doesn't detract from the music. The following is on the runout groove:


  • Side A): (etched) BCP-49 A (stamped) ☆

  • Side B): (etched) BCP-49-B (stamped) ☆

  • There is also U.S. & GB Patent information stamped indicating a 1st pressing


This original copy is pretty hard to find.

The outer case is Very Good (VG+) with only small; dings to each of the 4 corners.  There are no splits. Cover looks fantastic for its age--front cover art is bright and vivid. There’s some age wear on the back cover. (all reflected in the photos). All sales final.


NOTE:  This album will ship with the inner sleeve & record OUTSIDE of the cover as to prevent any possible seam damage to the cover during shipment. Both the album cover and the inner sleeve & vinyl will be  contained within a plastic protective sleeve inside of the shipping box with padding on top & bottom
