Description
As an ebay seller from its earliest days I've not sold here for some years, however, as a collector and sometime trader, it has meant I've amassed quite a few gems, for when this time came to sell again. Please look at my other auctions for more great records from all kinds of genres.
Here's a fine original early 50's issue of an absolute jazz milestone. This is a rare and original South African MONO 33rpm 10 inch LP by Charlie Parker on Trutone. Catalogue number TLP 1041
Grading VG/VG+. From the photo's I hope you can see how well this copy has survived its 60+ years. The vinyl has a strong sheen with only the lightest paper marks and a couple of very faint hairline surface scuffs. The labels have very light spindle wear, a very well looked after copy. Moderate wear and aging on the sleeve, with some creasing on the flipback sleeve and a tiny tear on the opening with nothing missing. Overall a more than decent copy, that any collector/collection would be proud of.
