Limited edition 10 LP box set with booklet. Records look unplayed. Box has some very minor wear.

Mosaic issued this 10 LP box set comprising virtually all of the music recorded by Benedetti during a two-week stint by Parker in March, 1947 at a Los Angeles club called the Hi-De-Ho; then one night in March, 1948 at the Three Deuces in New York and a week in July of that year at the Onyx Club, both on the legendary 52nd Street. For various reasons?mainly economic, most of the pieces display only Parker's alto work. There are few ensemble heads or other band members' solos. Thus there are 270 Parker items comprising 461 solos or fragments?one a mere three seconds long.

We CANNOT guarantee overseas shipments that are not insured! While most packages arrive safely, occasionally packages are lost or damaged.

All records will ship in proper record boxes with cardboard packing. We also remove all LP records from their sleeves before shipping to protect the seams of cover. Sealed LP records will NOT be opened before shipping, unless you request us to do so. There will be a $1 to $2 handling fee on all orders depending on size and the amount of packing needed to ship safely. 78 RPM record take very careful packing and use a lot of materials and time.

We DO NOT PLAY GRADE most of our records so we guarantee our visual grading with a money back guarantee that includes shipping. Generally, we do not list records below EX- condition unless it is exceptionally rare. We do not recommend audiophiles bid on records in less than NM- condition. Our grading standard is as follows.

Our grading is "old school", pre-Goldmine. We guarantee our grading with a "money back" guarantee that includes shipping. Generally, we do not list records below E- condition.


Mint or M = only used for sealed records or records that we are certain have never been played.

NM or Near Mint = for the most part as good as it gets! No marks and will play clean with no noise.

EX+ - Will generally have one or two minor flaws, but will overall be near mint. Played no more than three times.

EX = Excellent! May have light surface marks (scuffs) and possible light background noise in spots. Overall a very nice copy.

EX- = Overall an Excellent copy with some light surface marks, but with something that distracts. i.e. a small scratch that makes a few pops.

VG+ = Consistent background noise with a few pops that might annoy. Still a very playable copy.

VG = Problems. Background noise moves to the foreground. May have quite a few pops and a skip or two.

VG- = May have a skip or two and will definitely be very noisy.

G = Stands for good. Very noisy with skips and lots of loud pops. Noise will dominate over the music.
