Overall V/V+ with great gloss and light scratches/scuffs/blemishes. Graded visually. Labels and spindle hole show light wear with small bits of surface paper loss around spindle hole on half nelson. Dear customers: July 20th, 2012 marks the first time I am not top rated since the program began. I have averaged a perfect 5 stars in all categories since it began based on ratings from you. You had nothing to do with this change in my rating, it is because ebay has decided a seller must put tracking numbers on 90% of items shipped. 50% of the items I sell goes in a 3x5 envelope with 49 cents postage. To do the tracking number means everything I sell would have to go at the package postage rate which is a minimum of 1.95. Either I absorb this extra cost or I pass it on to you-for a service I have almost never been asked for-because I ship quickly. Passing it on would mean adding $1.50 to the price on most items I sell resulting in higher prices for you. In addition ebay makes more in fees because the postage is included in the calculation whether it is free or added on to price. I have chosen-at least for now-to do neither. I hope you will continue and/or consider purchasing my items despite not being "top rated". I thank you for your past and future business.
