Description

This is Verve Records MGV-8005, Charlie Parker, The Genius Of Charlie Parker #3, Charlie Parker Quartet Now's The Time, a deep groove, black, mono, Verve Inc. trumpet label, original  issue featuring Al Haig and Max Roach. The record is in VG++ condition, showing some light marks on side 1 which cause unobtrusive, intermittent background crackle on the first part of the side, and a light background click on track one. The labels are perfect. The cover is near mint.  This is a wonderful collector's grade copy of this original pressing.  The record was cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12. This is part of a large Jazz record collection I will be offering in the next few months. Please check our other listings as we discount shipping on multiple orders.
