Description
This is Verve Records MG V-8007, Charlie Parker Plays Cole Porter, a deep groove yellow, trumpet labeled original mono issue of this beautiful, original issue of Bird's last studio session. The record is in VG++ condition, showing only a few light marks, which do not effect the play. The cover shows some very light shelf wear and personnel written in pen on the back, but is otherwise excellent and intact. The labels are excellent as well,showing only light spindle marks. The original rice paper inner sleeve is included. The records have been cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12. An excellent, collectors grade copy of this wonderful set.
