Description

Bethlehem BCP 6021 by Charlie Rouse and Paul Quinichette: The Chase Is On.  Original 1st pressing deep groove. U.S Patent # machine stamped in the dead wax.  The front cover is bright, glossy, and clean, with very little rubwear. The bottom seam is split 1/2 inch back from the opening lip, and has chipping and shelf wear. The spine has 1/4 inch split at the bottom left with the slick missing here. The rest of the spine slick is intact and unmarked. Top seam has a few chips including a small dent in the center. Left top corner  has a small rub. Right corner 1/4 inch rubbing. Back cover has some tiny foxing spots near the upper right corner, rubwear around the edges, two red ink sample copy not for sale stamps. Deep groove labels are clean and bright, with 10 to 12 spindle marks per side. This lp has been played very carefully, and the vinyl has the sheen and glossy brightness of a new record. It looks like a new record. There are no marks that jump out at the viewer. Under very close inspection, a few very very fine hairlines are visible. These don't sound. The record plays like new.  Grade cover VG. Grade the vinyl a very strong VG++.  This will be packed very well, and will get to you world wide in the condition described.
