Description

Big Bambu is the second studio album of comedy material by the American comedic duo. It was released on the IDE Records label in June 1972. The album was nominated for Best Comedy Album at the 15th Grammy Awards but lost to George Carlin’s FM album. The name Big Bambu was inspired by the Bambu brand of cigarette rolling papers. The albums packaging was designed to resemble a large pack of rolling papers and contained a giant rolling paper inside the jackets gatefold cover. A brilliant novelty that gained the album much notoriety. Nice first press copy w/ rolling paper included from 1972.
