Description
One of the all time prog greats which I bought second hand from Reddingtons Rare Records in Birmingham 1976. It was in very good condition indeed when I bought it and I have always looked after my lps and this record has no major scratches, marks or spindle wear but has been played and enjoyed in it’s past. It is the DERAM red label stereo version.
There are a couple of feint age marks on the sleeve which you can see on the photos.
If you are a Crimson fan and do not have this music then you do not have the whole story. You can see why Fripp acknowledges Mike Giles’ playing, that he never ever played badly, it is always “just right”, and then there is the staggering Fripp virtuoso piece Suite No1 which maps out his future rapid picking style.
Also there is a hilarious if dated storyline The Saga of Rodney Toady intertwining the tracks on side one which should not be missed!
I have noticed that on some pictures you can see my reflection in the vinyl!
