Chelsea Wolfe~The Grime and The Glow LP
The Grime and The Glow is Chelsea Wolfe's debut album. With a highly limited release on the now defunct Pendu Sound Recordings label (NYC, USA), this 2010 pressing would be a challenge to find for the collector or any fan. An extraordinary collection of 14 tracks, which are decidedly unique, playing almost like a collection of demos, this album is mind-meltingly beautiful, bearing a strong lo-fi feel, noisy, seductively dark. These are the sounds which define the artist, and although there are a few tracks shared with her subsequent LP, these tracks are invaluable, different.
This record was played once.
Sleeve: Near Mint, Excellent. (slight imperfection on top seam).
Vinyl: Excellent condition.
Please note: The record came with some strange discoloration and rough edging as if it had been handled prior to packaging, but it does not effect the quality of sound.
