Rare Strictly Official Japan Original LP with A Fold Out Japanese Linernotes/Lyrics Sheet.
This Is Promo White Label Copy, So Japanese Word "Sample" , "Not for Sale" are Printed on Both Labels, A Small Red Sample Sticker is on Front Sleeve.
Disc is EX, Sleeve is VG Plus (No Bottom Split, But Edge of Left Spine Was Damaged).
The Grading Scale is MINT>Near MINT>EX>EX Minus>VG Plus>VG>Poor
