From the first set of 25 titles in the 45rpm Jazz Series which began in 2002, this was an early favorite and sold out quickly.  “Chet” is such a great album, IMO this 45rpm pressing makes the top five out of all 100 original 45rpm albums, along with Saxophone Colossus, Waltz for Debby, Monk’s Music and… Way Out West (or Charlie Brown Christmas!).

(Near Mint) No ring-wear, no seam-splits, no edge wear, straight corners, top condition for a top album.  “AcousTech Mastering” sticker on front outer plastic cover.

Limited Edition # 0634 on the back cover.  The perforated opening for loose-fit outer plastic outer bag-cover is completely intact.  A superb collector quality example of this amazing album.

Double-Box Packaging:

The sealed Album will be placed inside an additional new clear poly outer protective album cover, sandwiched between two album-sized cardboard stiffeners which are then carefully taped, lightly squeezing the album between the cardboard stiffener edges, enough to prevent the album from sliding up and down or side to side, to help prevent seam splits to the sealed album during shipping.  The album is packaged in a record LP mailer box with bubble-wrap cushioning and cardboard stiffeners, then sealed all around.  The record mailer box is then placed inside a larger heavy cardboard shipping box and surrounded by foam peanuts on *all* sides (see photos below).  Your record album will be packaged safely and insured.

Tracking:

You should automatically receive your Tracking Number by email when the Shipping Label is printed.

Weight Limit of 4 Lbs. for International First Class Mail:  Please note that First Class International Mail has a 4 Lb. weight limit.  If you make multiple purchases and the combined weight is over the 4 Lb. weight limit we will have to use two separate First Class International packages or use Priority Mail International.  The shipping cost for two First Class International packages is nearly the same as one Priority Mail International package at twice the weight.  If your combined total is over 4 Lbs. then I will contact you about the shipping (one package vs. two), but the shipping cost should be basically the same.

Packaging Photos:

These are the packaging materials and sequence:

1) First a layer of foam peanuts in the large outer shipping box, the brand new box is 200Lb test heavy cardboard.




2) Next the album, sealed inside a standard Record Mailer box, with cardboard stiffeners (the way most sellers ship albums) is placed on the layer of foam peanuts.




3) Every side of the Record Mailer box has approximately 1” of foam peanuts for padding protection. 




4) Final layer of foam peanuts, filled to the top.




5) Large outer box sealed.
