Description

This is Riverside Records RLP 12-278, Chet Baker Sings It Could Happen To You, a blue reels, deep groove, no inc. label mono issue of this wonderful record. The record is in G+ / VG-  condition showing scratches on both sides that cause much background noise below the music. There is a short skip during side one track three, however, the record plays with no distortion. The  laminated cover has a name stamp and a little loss on the back but is otherwise excellent and intact. The labels show spindle marks. The record was cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12 in mono mode. This is still a nice initial "play" grade copy of this classic record. I do not usually offer records in this condition, but I've made an exception for this rare piece and I will be listing a few more like this over the next few days.
