CHET BAKER MEETS SPACE JAZZ TRIO - LITTLE GIRL BLUE

Immerse yourself in the breathtaking, twilight beauty of a jazz legend's final bow with this ultra-rare original 1988 Italian vinyl pressing of Little Girl Blue by Chet Baker Meets Space Jazz Trio. Serving as the absolute last studio recording Baker ever captured on tape, this monumental Philology release is a deeply moving, holy-grail monument for serious jazz archivists. Supported flawlessly by Enrico Pieranunzi’s elegant, cascading piano movements and a whisper-quiet rhythm section, Baker’s weathered trumpet lines glide through the room with fragile, heartbreaking intimacy. From the melancholic, space-conscious brilliance of Miles Davis' "Blue in Green" to the soul-stirring, conversational vocal delivery of the title track, every groove resonates with the raw emotional gravity of a lifetime spent in the blues. Complete with its iconic, personal portrait jacket and pristine European mid-range analog warmth, this beautifully preserved Italian import is an absolute, non-negotiable crown jewel for any high-end Chet Baker collection or elite audiophile library.
