Here is a promo of the Big Bill Broonzy release "Flat Foot Susie With Her Flat Yes Yes/Bad Luck Man"
The record is identified as a Columbia Special Record For Radio Stations. The record is further identified by the number 30135 (C2345). The color of the label is kind of bluish-green.
I'm not an expert in the area of records, but some basic research puts this record as being distributed in 1938.
Some history of this record:
My father was a DJ at a radio station in mid-Michigan in the 60s and 70s. Mid-Michigan is not exactly a hot market for this kind of music so these records just sat on the shelves for four decades before the station was sold and everything had to be cleaned. This is one of the records my father saved from the landfill. Obviously I have no way to test it, but I seriously doubt it has ever been played.
There is some very light surface scratching.
