Description

Chicago / The Blues / Today! [Volume 3] Vanguard VSD-79218 Stereo (1966), first issue vinyl LP. Various artists. I purchased this album new in the early/mid 1970's, lightly played. I have recently cleaned and tested all tracks on both sides, plays great. There is some ring wear on the upper front cover, minor shelf wear on the corners. The bottom cover edge has some wear and a small split on the lower right corner. There are no markings on the cover, the original inner sleeve or the labels. The paper sleeve is separated on one side, has wrinkles and creases.
The LPs are in new anti-static clear sleeve placed on the outside of the album cover in a clear 3 Mil outer sleeve with a cardboard stiffener (200 lb. corrugation) and packaged in a 12" LP shipping mailer (made from 200 lb. test corrugated cardboard with 32 lb. ECT (edge crush test).
