Impossible to find and in sensational condition

The single channelled format was being phased out at this time in favour of twin tracked stereo. This is a prime example of one of the earliest stereo recordings, with an ultra rare stickered sleeve, the first issue , mono album cover, being used as a cheaper option as the mono releases were ,at that time, no longer being sold . Highly collectable and will prove to be a sound investment for the lucky winning bidder.
Labels are the sensational blue eye Horizon format in excellent/ + condition. Eye logo placed to the left side of central hole to confirm the very first issue of this magnificent rarity. Only a few spindle lines and no damage of any kind. No graffiti , no rips nor tears and in wonderful condition
Vinyl
Thickly pressed heavyweight pressing with highly polished surfaces. A magnificent vintage classic . Against a strong light and angled at 45 degrees, NO surface marks are visible. Remarkable visual and impossible to locate in this condition.
Sleeve
First issue E J Day , single, front laminated sleeve with some light creasing, one moderate in upper left corner. No rips. No tears. The thick laminated coat gives a glorious mirror like sheen to front face and is a pleasure to view. VG+/Ex- condition. Has mega rare Stereo gold sticker on reverse.Many record companies used the original mono sleeve, as in this case, to house the stereo version of this release rather than manufacture a new sleeve. Fantastic collectors’ item . Spine moderate wear. No laminate lifting and a fine example of this sensational Blues classic .

Superb aural delivery .Awesome tones that rise above any distant static, heard at a distance, where there is some dust accumulated in the grooves, as the LP has lain dormant for many years. One solitary pop side 2, track 2. Make no mistake a very rare release and very difficult to locate. A superb addition to any serious collection .
Very difficult to track down and is a must have in any serious vinyl collection with the stickered stereo 1st issue mono sleeve. The vinyl reflects a deep gloss and will find difficult to match!
A remarkable example of the very first album release by Chicken Shack and impossible to locate especially in this sensational condition .
