Description
For sale is an Original Cast Soundtrack by Various Artists titled "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang", originally released in 1968 by United Artists Records with a gatefold presentation. I bought this record used, professionally cleaned it on my VPI HW-17 machine and put it into a MFSL achival inner sleeve. In the dead wax between the labels and the last tracks is etched the matrix numbers 1-A/1-D, indicating that early stampers were used to make this original first edition. This is a hallmark of state-of-the-art engineering, sought out by collectors and music lovers for their superior sound qualities. The cover is graded as Very Good Plus because of a cut corner, corner blunts and faint ring wear. The vinyl is visually graded as Near Mint Minus because of superficial sleeve marks, but otherwise is shiny and bright, without any surface scratches, scuffs or spindle marks on the labels. This is still one of the best copies of this record that I have ever seen and you would be hard pressed to find a copy like this one.
