Chris LeDoux, “Songs Of Rodeo Life” LP, LM 8650-1, Lucky Man Music, In Shrink.
There are two different covers for this album. This album was originally released on LeDoux’s own record label called American Cowboy Songs, started with his father in 1970. He would travel the rodeo circuit and sell the albums out of his trunk. After several years of success, many of his albums were re-released under the Lucky Man Music label. The second releases sometimes had a different label and, on at least one occasion I can think of, the second release had a different song line up. The album in this auction is the second release of “Songs of Rodeo Life” which has the same songs as the original but a different cover. As a collector I was very much interested in finding the different covers.

This is from my personal collection. I am not a store or record seller…I have just decided to thin out the herd a little. In the case of this one, it is a duplicate. I have several copies of every Chris LeDoux album ever made. I am avid record collector but, as a former bronc rider and rodeo cowboy, this is one of my favorite artist and I collected his work for a long time. I will be listing several other of his albums in the coming weeks.
As in my other listings, I sure hate to use descriptors like VG, Excellent, NM etc because they are so subjective. Look at the photos. Ask as many questions as you like. I have VERY high standards for any album that has made it into my collection, but, ultimately you be the judge. I personally rate this album Cover and Vinyl as Excellent. This is a true find in any condition.
Album will ship via USPS in a media mailer to U.S. addresses only. I will do my best to take care of it as I am sure the buyer will be a collector like I am.
