Description

Up sale is a first press of Christian Death’s Only Theatre of Pain with a one of a kind signed 8” x 10” photo of Rozz Williams performing live with Shadow Project in 1992. Photo was purchased from the original photographer who also had it signed by Rozz in person. Photo is signed and dated by the photographer on the back.


Vinyl with “Here Kitty Kitty Kitty” deadwax etchings is very clean in EX condition , only a few surface marks from NM. Cover is in VG+ condition with only some minor wear visible to the front and back. No lyric sheet. Vinyl will be shipped in a mobile fidelity inner sleeve.


Both will be securely packed and insured.


The photo was signed on February 27 at Ipso Facto outside Los Angeles at a Shadow Project signing party. A flyer of the event in the listing pictures. I do not have a copy of this flyer and it is only included as provenance.


Backstory from the original owner:

“This photo was taken by me at a Shadow Project show in late 1992 at a show in a hotel basement /club in Santa Ana California the show was supposed to be at a different club but when I got there it had been moved to a hotel a few miles away.


The photo itself was signed by Rozz a few months later at an autograph signing at a goth clothing store called Ipso Facto in Fullerton California Shadow Project was there doing an autograph session I felt funny because I only brought 2 photos of Rozz to get signed and not the CD for the rest of the band Eva O and Paris to sign I can say with the utmost confidence that this is a 1 of 1 of this photo with his autograph”
