Christy Moore - A Terrible Beauty 12" Cream Vinyl Expanded Edition New & Sealed
About this item
Christy Moore – A Terrible Beauty is the acclaimed Irish folk legend’s 25th studio album, released through Claddagh Records and regarded as one of his finest collections. Bringing together songs that Moore had been performing live over the preceding two years, the album features highlights including “Black And Amber,” “Lemon Sevens,” “Lyra McKee” and “Palestine,” alongside the beautiful new single “Boy In The Wild,” performed with his son Andy Moore. This Expanded Edition of the 2024 album adds four additional tracks, “Sweet Thames Flow Softly,” “Yellow Triangle,” “Music To Our Ears” and “Butterfly,” as well as a reimagined version of “The Big Marquee,” originally featured on the album. Pressed on striking cream vinyl, this edition is issued by Claddagh Records under catalogue number 78818845. Combining Moore’s distinctive storytelling, heartfelt performances and enduring connection to Irish folk tradition, this expanded pressing is an excellent collectible for fans of Christy Moore and contemporary folk music.
