Chuck Berry--The Chess Box--CH6 80,001--Box Set 6 LPs plus booklet
This set includes 71 of Chuck's recordings from 1955 to 1973. All the hits plus some unreleased tracks and some "never before on album" and stereo remixes are here. There is also a nice 36 page book which has an interview with Chuck, glossy photos, album pictures etc.
The six LPs are all, visually, M- and are without scratches, scuffs, spindle marks or groove damage. They appear unplayed or nearly so.
The box has a small area of sticker residue on the front, top right and light overall wear. The top of the two piece box has a broken corner at the bottom of the spine at the lower seam. There is also a strip of heavy wear app 1/2 inch wide at the break. The other part of the box is broken and split app 5 inches in the middle on the left side. The seam is tight at both ends.
The booklet looks great and new.
