Up for auction I have the rare private press of only 500 of the Chuck and Mary Perrin LP The Next Of Kin on Webster's Last Word Records WLW S 2319 from I believe 1969. Cover is VG to VG+ and vinyl is also about a VG to VG+
Cover has ring wear on both sides. Tight spine and seams. The bottom perhaps has older water damage where the lower portions of the paper cover are coming up towards the edge and bottom seam. All the corners and record in general show shelf wear. Original picture front is slightly faded but all there and back is bright but does show the ring wear. Grades VG or better.
Vinyl has scuffs and scratches on both sides. Original yellow center label has some dirt wear. Vinyl plays with surface noise throughout. Music itself and vocals play very loud and clear. There are the small crackles and pops though. Perhaps a professional cleaning would help this cool private press? Grades VG to VG+.
