RARE Atlantic Records, 8018, Mono, Features "C.C. Rider" and "Betty And Dupree", Black Label

First, be on the lookout this week for Sweet Melissa Records' stunning collection of classic blues and jazz on 10" 78 rpm vinyl, as well as our new listings of 33 1/3's! Crowned with the title "King of the Stroll" after his propagation of the slow, minuet-like step through performances on such broadcasts as American Bandstand in 1957, Chuck Willis was a dynamic personality on stage as well as the recording studio.

Dead wax: matrix numbers and a small inscribed symbol signifying recording engineer, pressing company, etc. Black label with with pinwheel logo on cover. Vinyl is in VG condition; there are very few surface markings or scratches on the vinyl. Expect to hear a little bit of surface noise on playback. The cover is in near mint condition, with almost no wear along the edges. All cover graphics appear in great condition. A fun full-length from the turbaned King of the Stroll! WE HAVE MORE!
