Gwen Conley.   Meco 5121-25.   "You'll Never Know"/"Where Am I Going".   VG+++.

This is very rare.  The best track of her rare LP, this is the first I have ever seen of this.  The LP sells for good money, and to be honest, this is really the only good song on the whole album.  Fantastic female northern with a large production.
