Clarendonians – ‘Walking Up A One Way Street’ / Dynamites – ‘Instrumental’ – Jaguar (JA)
The Clarendonians, Peter Austin and Ernest Wilson, need no introduction. This is a particularly nice record of theirs, a soulful reading of Willie Tee’s 1965 recording of ‘Walkin’ Up A One Way Street’, a New Orleans masterpiece well suited to reggae. A 1972 original in lovely shape; matrix numbers DSR 7769 A and DSR 7770 B, respectively.
Condition: Excellent or thereabouts; some slight smudges and a little dust, that’s all (please listen to the clips). Clean labels (please see scan).

Registered and insured shipping (with a tracking number) is an additional US $11.00 per parcel to cover a total value not exceeding $80.00. Shipping from Sweden is expensive – though the rest of the world is surely catching up – not least due to the fact that the weight increments are few and far apart, but it’s usually swift and safe.
American bidders, kindly note that shipping to the US is not US $4.00; this is eBay’s default setting and not applicable as I am based in Sweden. Please use the postage rates above, or wait for my invoice. Thank you!
Please note that like many other sellers of reggae on eBay, I’ve been the victim of so called ‘fake bidders’, bad minded people with no intention of purchasing the item they bid on and whose only game seems to be to ruin the auction for buyers and sellers alike.
