The Classic IV on Twist 1001/1002 from 1962. The record is in VG++ condition and the labels are as shown. This is a thick, squared edged original, not a boot. Some labels on the promo had no label number. The dead wax info: Side A: TW-1001 C  12-11 A.M.S.  G.S & Side B: TW-1002- C  12-11 A.M.S.  G.S
