Description

This is a rare vinyl 45 single record by The Beatles titled "Ask Me Why." And "Anna." This high value asset is made of classic vinyl material and falls under the genre of classical music. As a collectible item for vinyl enthusiasts and fans of The Beatles, this record holds significance in terms of its rarity and historical value within the music industry.

Personal note 🎵🎶

This is a classic very rare demo 45 by The Beatles in good condition that I purchased online and I'm now reselling because I need the money. My dad found an article on rare vinyl and through his research and my own I found a similar record at the price of $35,000 on an auction site. The record that sold for that had two songs on it by the Beatles which were :

"Ask Me Why"

"Anna"

I believe the one that went for that much had

"Ask me why" on one side and "Anna" on the other. This one features "Ask Me Why" as the first cut on the 2nd side and "Anna" as the second cut on the second side. How this would affect the value when compared to that auction record I don't know but I know that this record is worth far more than I'm asking for it on this listing.

Check the screenshots that I saved from the antique auction site and you will see that this is worth at least 500 and probably much more online. In an auction house it would be worth significantly more depending on the demand for it and how it is viewed as valuable.

The key to its value includes the VJ (Vee-Jay) label which was a rare promotional label at the time that the Beatles were recording their music before they became stars and the extreme rarity of the record. For those who don't know another thing that adds to the values the fact that it's a demo record which were never sold for public sale. They typically were given to radio stations to try out the song on the public. This adds to its value.

Vinyl has come back despite the scoffers who say that it won't stay. It is now seen as a work of art and is something that wealthy people sometimes have hanging in their den or hallway in a frame to brag about that they have one of the only copies that exist.

That is another aspect of the rarity of this. There are only a handful of these left in the world.

Knowing the true value of this if it is placed in the right auction site, I thought about holding out and just putting it in an auction house myself but I don't have the time and since I need the money fast, I'm going to let this go for a flat 500 or best offer.

Someone could purchase this who knows about records and collectors' Adams and put it in the right auction house online or real world and make a fortune from it.

I hoped to keep to keep it as an investment but I do need the money immediately.

Do you research and make me an offer if you like but I know that this one is just slightly different than the one that went for $35,000. It has the same songs on it but it has two other songs on the other side. That's what differentiates it.

I am a former radio announcer in DJ and was a sort of late Beatles fan but I'm not familiar enough with the songs themselves to know how much this is truly worth to collectors.

It's rarity alone though should bring it into the hundreds at least. 🎧🎸
