Description
This listing is for a rare vinyl LP of the soundtrack to the holiday television special Claymation Christmas Celebration featuring the California Raisins among others.
It was released in the US by Atlantic in 1988.
This is also a gold stamp promo copy. And because of this there's also an additional white sticker attached to the jacket itself.
Record Condition:
Only minor visible surface wear is present.
The only really noticeable mark is at the very beginning of side two as there was a small visible scratch.
The vinyl still has a very nice gloss to it.
Clean center labels.
There's also some light dust/dirt, so a thorough deep cleaning would remove that and probably brighten the sound and appearance even more.
Industry Grade: VG+ (because of the small scratch on side two but otherwise it would probably be great at even higher).
Jacket Condition:
The jacket shows moderate signs of age and shelf wear, mostly on edges and corners of the cardboard.
There is also a cut out notch in the upper left corner of the cardboard since it was a promo.
Some moderate ring wear is visible.
There are no seam splits present and the jacket is structurally sound.
Overall the front cover is still clean and displays well.
Inner Sleeve: Original Atlantic record label branded paper inner sleeve.
Industry Grade: Very Strong VG or VG+ (depending on how conservative of a grader you are).
Stored in a climate controlled smoke-free home.
