A rare chance to acquire a complete set of this legendary recording.

I have described this set as Audiophile not because of the pressings, but because of the sonic quality of the interpretations; as with the same groups contemporaneous Troubadours, Cantigas and Fête de L'âne recordings this set is a riot of inventive arrangements and profound musicology - dramatic, exalted, earthy and memorable. A milestone in Early Music performance.

[my thanks to medieval.org whose entries on this set made its cataloguing far less problematic than it would have been!]

This is one of a number of recordings of Early music that I am currently selling, please see my other items.
