Description: This is scarce Japan TOUR ONLY album ( released in early 1970’s ) of Cliff, coming with complete appendices. The booklet says that this album was specially issued to commemorate his 3rd Japan tour. It also shows "Japanese description", “Japanese & English lyrics” & “Photo of Cliff ". Red slim obi reads “Japan Tour Memorial Album”.

As title indicates, this album includes 14 his love tracks. It’s hard to find this item in any condition even in my country. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.

Condition: G+/EX ( Cover/Disc )

COVER: Cover is lightly worn on the corners & outer-edges, with the spine-edge creased. There’re light scratches in places on the front & back, with brown spots in the middle of front. Two plastic stickers are in right bottom-corner of back, with Japanese writings in the middle of back ( See photo ). It’s clean inside gate-fold. It has otherwise none of any tear, ring-wear, dent, strip...OK.

DISC: Disc is excellent in condition, keeping glossy. It has a few to several slight scuffs ( including slight scratch ) on each side. There’re several spindle-marks on each label. It has otherwise none of any hairline, which is to be rated as “EX”. 

OBI: G ( original ), being stained with brown specks on the surface of each side. A folding crease is in the middle. / G+ ( red slim ), being stained with brown specks on the surface of back. A folding crease is in the middle. 

INSERT: VG, being lightly creased on the surface of each page.
