in Original Toshiba's Release Colour Catalogue Inner Sleeve (Upper Cap Part Was Cut and Lost Half).
With Lyrics Sheet .

Disc is VG Plus, Sleeve is EX Minus-VG Plus (No Bottom Split, It Has Small Date Witing on Back) .
