Emarcy Records MG 24063 (mono) (made in USA) - Clifford Brown And Max Roach 10" LP released in 1954. This is an original first pressing with the David Stone Martin "drummer" logo on the labels.
Personnel: Clifford Brown, trumpet; Max Roach, drums; George Morrow, bass; Harold Land, tenor sax; Richie Powell, piano.
Quite rare!
The condition of the record VG+; the A side is "hazy", the vinyl has a dull grey sheen, a condition not untypical of early Mercury pressings. "Free Copy" is printed on the label (see scan). The B side is glossy. Plays well. The laminated cover is in excellent VG+ condition, no splits, holes or writing; the upper left corner is abraded.
