Description
This is the original Japanese issue of Clifford Brown & Max Roach “Live at the Bee Hive Chicago 1955” on Victor SMJ 6185/6. The playing surfaces are mint, with a high luster; perhaps played once. Similarly, the covers are in near-new condition – bright and clean throughout – with very slight rubbing on the bottom edges. This rare two-record set represents the first issue of this material, the U.S. Columbia set being issued two years later in l979. Personnel include Sonny Rollins, Nicky Hill, Billy Wallace, George Morrow, and Leo Blevins. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL.
