Description
Mega rare original LP of Clifford Brown - Memorial Album (Blue Note 1526 - mono) Original issue blue and white Lexington address labels with Deep Groove, RVG and ear on both sides. Also no trademark "R" on either label. Only 12" Brown LP on Blue Note features the late trumpeter along with Gigi Gryce, Charlie Rouse, Lou Donaldson, Art Blakey and other Blue Note stars in an acknowledged classic that no serious jazz collector can be without.
The LP is in VG condition with plenty of marks that will make noise - not for the audiophile in any way - it played through on my set, but yes, you will hear noise on this one. The cover (Lexington address on back) is in VG-/POOR condition with general age/shelf wear, old tape on the top and bottom seams and a complete split on the spine and bottom seam (the old tape on the bottom seam is NOT holding the seam together anymore). There is also a bit of writing on the back liner. What can you say about this one? - it's pretty beat up, but you don't see many Lexington Blue Notes in any condition anymore.
The LP will be carefully packed using professional materials (over twenty years experience safely selling jazz LPs around the world).

US mailing costs: Media mail rate as calculated to a U.S. address. This reflects increases in postage costs, e-bay fees on shipping, Paypal fees as well as mailers and packing materials.
