Label is  "A Division Of United Artists" on both sides.   No"Van Gelder " in the runout. . No address on cover.  No printing on spine.        

 Record looks and plays M-.  No scratches. No scuffs or marks.  Vinyl is bright and records looks unplayed or nearly so.  

Cover is VG++.

  Front cover bright and glossy with light wear and moderate ring wear. Bottom corner cut and missing at the pocket.  No split seams. Tiny dent at top corner at the pocket.    Back cover has light wear.
