Description
On offer here is a copy of Clifton Chenier’s Very Best by Clifton Chenier, which was released on the Harvest label in 1970 catalogue number MHSP 4002.
This is an extremely rare album, as not only did this Southern Blues album sink without trace but this copy is a first pressing without “EMI” on the label. Not only that, but this is a FACTORY SAMPLE NOT FOR SALE copy.
If all that was not enough, the overall condition is Near Mint with just the slightest piece of rubbing on the textured rear sleeve (see photo).
The pictures I believe speak for themselves, in terms of the condition. I have had this album for many many years and was given to me by a friend who worked for EMI at the time, I certainly have only played it once over all that time.
So, relatively unknown blues artist, Non EMI Harvest Factory Sample, Near Mint Condition and overall hideously rare and a never to be repeated opportunity for someone!!
The record will be sent outside of its cover sandwiched between two 12" card stiffeners in a heavy duty record mailer made by Covers 33 as used by Mail Order record shops.
It will be sent within 3 days of receiving payment, by PayPal only please and this is only open to UK bidders.
Postage discounts will be given for multiple purchases, please see my other similar listings.
