These were the last 3 releases on the label, from 1981: * Unit 5 – Scared Of The Dark Clone Records CL 014 Bass – Mark Jendrisak Electric Guitar – Mike Johnson Keyboards – Paul Tiegle Lead Vocals – Tracey Thomas Percussion – Robert Ethington, Jr. Producer – Nick Nicholis * Bowling Balls From Hell II Clone Records CL 013 artists include : The Waitresses / Tin Huey / Hammer Damage / Bizarros https://www.discogs.com/release/472674-Various-Bowling-Balls-II * The Gray Bunnies – He Hit Me (And It Felt Like A Kiss) / Cigarette Clone Records CSX 015 (12" single) Nick Nicholis of the Bizarros founded Clone in 1977 and ran it till it folded in 1981. The label worked to document the scene in Akron, 39 miles south of Pere Ubu's Cleveland, and released more than a dozen records from bands such as Tin Huey, the Human Switchboard, the Waitresses (who counted Chicago saxophonist Mars Williams among their members), Unit 5, Teacher's Pet, Gray Bunnies, and of course the Bizarros. Mostly recorded at Suma Recording Studio in Cleveland and Bushflow Studios in Akron.
