Description
Cloud 9 was a local Chicago show, on WBBM, until 1950, when it went national. I am not clear, from online hunting, what kind of show it was: it "blended drama, fantasy, and music" is the best i can do. In any case, here are discs representing transcriptions of ten shows from mid-1950, or the last local season. We have (as labeled on the discs)
April 18, 1950 "Rio"
May 9, 9150 "England)
April 4, 1950 "Algiers"
July 10, 1950 "{aris"
March 14, 1950 "Paris"
July 21, 1950 "Radio detective"
March 28, 1950 "Ghost Town"
April 25, 1950
May 30, 1950 "Memorial Day"
April 11, 1950 "Casey Jones"
There is one extra disc, made by the same company--Radio Reference Records--labeled "Ballad of the North and South"
These seem to have been largely unplayed. No frills shipping and handling free within continental US, more for international or insurance
