Unless stated as "new" in the listing, this is a used item. I will ALWAYS state that it is either in good working order, NOT in working order (Parts or Repair - AS IS), or is in an unknown working condition - AS IS . If the listing states "unknown working condition", "PARTS OR REPAIR" and/or "AS IS", the item MAY or MAY NOT WORK. In this case, you purchase the item at the risk of it not operating correctly, or at all. If I state in the listing that the item is in good working order, and you find it doesn't work, contact me immediately and we will make arrangements for return. Upon receipt and verification of item I WILL refund all of your purchase price, original shipping and RETURN shipping (you MUST return the item in the condition it was sent, I will not accept return of an item you tried to "fix"). I will NOT accept a return for a "Parts or Repair" or "AS IS" item for ANY reason! Also I will not issue a credit or refund without receiving the item back. I have described this item to the best of my observations. I am by no means "an expert" at analyzing, judging or identifying vintage, antique or collectible items. I have tried to portray the item to the best of my ability, so you, the buyer, can make an informed choice.
PREFERRED CARRIER THE SHIPPING PRICE NOTED IN THIS LISTING IS WITHIN THE USA. All items are carefully packaged for safe delivery. Inside the U.S.-- We will ship most items via the US Postal Service. Typically, small items are sent by First Class Mail, books and similar items are sent via Media Mail, and other items are sent via Priority Mail. If you want a specific method of delivery, please ask. We generally ship 2 to 3 times per week.
Seller is relinquished of all responsibility for loss or breakage. Buyer will file all insurance claims and be reimbursed from the shipper (i.e. U.S. Post Office or U.P.S.). We will provide all necessary "Proof of Insurance" forms. We have had very few claims in 2 years - over 2000 pieces of shipped merchandise - many of which were glass and china!
